Alertés par l'explosion d'une bombe à hydrogène sur Terre, le concil suprême de Mars envoie Lars enquêter. Une méprise va lui assurer une couverture en tant qu'acteur. Co-created by Jerry Siegel, Lars of Mars was a law enforcement agent of the Supreme Council of Mars. They decided to send Lars to Earth after they witnessed an hydrogen bomb explosion on our planet. He was mistaken for an actor on a science fiction movie set when he attacked a woman under peril from what he tought were real robots. Only 2 issues came out in the fifties, numbered 10 and 11.
